Background on the sale
In my quest to grow Steal IT, I started looking for a party that could support us in this. The increasing interest in our company and the favorable acquisition climate were ultimately the deciding factors to actually initiate the sales process.
Why Florijnz?
My first encounter with Florijnz dates back to 2016, when I engaged them for the buyout of my associate. This previous experience gave me confidence in their expertise and way of working, so it made sense to approach them again to guide the sale of Steal IT.
The process
The sales process generally went well, even though I personally found it very stressful at times. The biggest challenge for me was in determining the value of the company and going through the due diligence process.
