Florijnz assists Campaign in sale to Scheepens Your Creative Agency

Florijnz accompanied Campagne in the 60% share sale to Scheepens Your Creative Agency. This sale has given both entrepreneurs a common passion to build on. In this process, in which Scheepens was advised by Iris Corporate Finance, we worked together to set up a sustainable transaction.

The Tilburg-based Scheepens Your Creative Agency is taking a strategic stake in Rotterdam-based Campagne. The Rotterdam agency will continue to operate under its own name, but will become part of the Scheepens Creative Family.

With a total of over 75 colleagues, the combination of agencies will become an attractive employer for talent and the expertise will be bundled in order to better serve clients. For example, Campagne and its clients benefit from the media knowledge of Scheepens and the expertise of The Post Office, and on the other hand, Scheepens has direct access to the international network and the Rotterdam roots of Campagne.

'To stay ahead and serve our customers to the fullest in the changing communications arena, creativity, scale and clout are important,' said Stefan van Hulten, DGA of Scheepens. That constant change is likely to accelerate and have even more impact. Scheepens, as well as Campagne, had the desire to expand, both geographically and in terms of activities, for some time, so this is a very nice step. André van der Meer, co-founder of Campagne also sees this as a unique opportunity. In order to make 'big steps' faster, we hired Erik Kepper as Managing Director one and a half years ago. With his background at YouTube and RTL he is a strategic addition to our agency. Together with Scheepens, we are joining forces.'
