A transaction should add value for everyone involved. First and foremost for you as an entrepreneur, but also for employees, buyers and other stakeholders. Only when all parties are behind the transaction will a sustainable solution emerge that is future-proof.

With a close team of 9 professionals, each expert in his own field, we assist entrepreneurs in the purchase and sale of their business. Florijnz is thereby an independent corporate finance boutique, fully focused on making informed choices.

What we support you with

We can support you in buying and selling processes as well as in valuing companies and assist in attracting or optimizing financing. The latter can be done through banks, but also through informals, private debt or venture capital parties. In all cases we operate as an independent advisor, so that solutions always fit your situation and long-term goals.

We focus on entrepreneurs within the (large) SME with profits from €500,000 and on financing issues from €1,000,000. We perform business valuations independently, regardless of the size of the company.

What characterizes us is personal contact and a down-to-earth, pragmatic approach. No standard processes, but guidance that suits you as an entrepreneur. Every company is different, with its own wishes, pace and sensitivities. We consciously move with that.

Every sector has its own dynamics. We have experience in diverse industries and regularly assist entrepreneurs in healthcare, ICT and e-commerce/retail, among others. In addition, in recent years we have developed strongly within the data science and artificial intelligence sector. In this sector we have assisted in several successful acquisitions and valuations.
