Who are you and what can you do?
Are you a Master Finance graduate or similar with relevant internship experience in Corporate Finance/ Investment, analytical, social, entrepreneurial and looking for a challenging job? Then we are looking for you!
You are a passionate person who feels like entering the professional world. You have a university degree in finance/economics under your belt such as: Master's degree in General IBA, Economics, Business Economics or Econometrics.
You have relevant work experience gained in your studies, this is a hard requirement. You are sharp in your observations and analyses and know how to express yourself well both orally and in writing. Our preference is for a colleague with international ambitions. You are proactive, critical, have an intrinsic interest in companies and a feel for relationships. Preferably you live in the immediate vicinity of 's-Hertogenbosch, at least not more than 50 kilometers from our office.

What we ask of you.
As Junior Advisor Corporate Finance you are responsible for supporting in projects valuation, (re)financing or purchase and sale. You will search for suitable acquisition candidates.
You will prepare valuation reports both independently and as part of a team, prepare business and market analyses and information memoranda, and deal with sector updates and detailed valuation and financial analyses. In addition, you assist the project leader intensively in contacts with potential buyers and sellers, investors and private equity firms at home and abroad, and as a team member you are responsible for delivering relevant elaborations. Naturally, you also assist the project leader in purchase, sale and merger negotiations.
You will participate and actively contribute to various meetings. The intention is that you will be ready to run projects independently in a maximum of 2 years. Therefore, this position is ideally suited for students who are about to graduate or starters who are currently working as juniors and would like to take the next step.
