Our firm was founded in 2012. Since then, with more than 250 successful projects, we are a renowned firm in the Netherlands and also internationally we guide challenging and interesting transactions.
In 2022, we were Brookz Merger & Acquisition Office of the Year (2022). We have since been able to help a large number of entrepreneurs further in their growth ambitions. Florijnz focuses in particular on buying and selling guidance, business valuations and growth and acquisition financing for medium-sized Dutch companies (SMEs).
