Hans Minnaar
Founder and director of Florijnz.
He is driven by nature to cash in on the passion of entrepreneurs. Hans studied econometrics in Tilburg, is a registered business valuer (RV) and has held various positions in marketing and acquisition finance at ABN AMRO and Fortis. In 2018 he won the merger & acquisition award "best merger & acquisition advisor with a total of 10 successful transactions (Brookz/Dealsuit). Since 2021 he is a board member of the NiRV (Dutch Institute of Registered Valuators). Hans was a board member and chairman of the Dutch Corporate Finance Association from 2010-2016.
